How is Berry different from voicemail-to-text?

Voicemail-to-text records what someone says after they hang up. Berry actually answers the phone — has a real conversation, qualifies the buyer, books an appointment, and texts you a summary. You get a lead, not a transcript to decode.

Do buyers know they're talking to an AI?

What if Berry can't answer a question?

There is always a human in the loop. If Berry cannot answer, it tries to transfer the call to you in real time. If you cannot pick up, Berry texts you right away with the caller's number and what they asked, so you can follow up with the full context. The caller hears something like "let me have your agent call you back personally — what's the best number?"

Can I listen to the calls?

Yes. Calls are recorded, and transcripts can be provided on request while the dashboard is still being finalized. Berry also captures caller sentiment and lets you know whether the caller sounded happy, neutral, sad, or frustrated.

How does Start for Free work?

You get Berry on your line for free for 7 days with 150 included call minutes, whichever comes first.

It starts once Berry is live and answering calls. If you hit 150 call minutes before day 7, it ends then. Otherwise it ends at 7 days.

After that, Berry automatically pauses. We only charge if you like Berry and choose to continue with the service, obviously after getting your explicit consent.

Will my credit card be charged?

No. We collect a card to authorize setup, but we do not charge anything today. We also do not charge anything automatically when your free period ends. Berry pauses after that. We only charge if you like Berry and want to continue with the service.

Can Berry book directly on my calendar?

Yes. During setup, we connect Berry to your calendar app and set your showing rules, buffers, and available times. When a qualified lead wants to book, Berry offers times you are actually available and puts the appointment on your calendar.

Does Berry sound robotic?

Most callers don't realize Berry is AI until Berry tells them — which Berry does at the top of every call. The voice engine is the same neural TTS technology behind today's most natural-sounding AI agents.
